How does Virtual Bookkeeping services work?
- A virtual bookkeeper handles your bookkeeping remotely. A company will grant a virtual bookkeeper with remote access to its financial documents and online bookkeeping software. Online accounting software & mobile apps that come with them make it easier for business owners to scan or take a snapshot of receipts and invoices and immediately upload them to secure and shareable online folders.

How do I get my documents/receipts to you?
- Quickbooks Online, Google Drive, Encyro, and E-mail
How much does it cost?
- Depends on the services, the frequency of services performed, the level of activity, and the complexity of the account. Contact me for a free consultation!
Are taxes included with your bookkeeping services?
- No. I do not do taxes or give tax advice, but I will work with your CPA or tax accountant when it comes time to filing your taxes.
What forms of payment do you accept?
- At this time, only ACH and credit card payments.
What type of industries do you do bookkeeping for?
- I work with any cash basis/hybrid accounting industries except Real Estate or Hedge Funds. I only work with businesses in the United States.
