 Hi, I’m Jenna — Owner and Bookkeeper of QuicKeeping Services LLC. Originally from the Midwest, I now call Huntsville, Alabama home.

As a remote bookkeeper, I work with freelancers, solopreneurs, entrepreneurs, and small business owners in Huntsville, throughout Alabama, and across the United States using QuickBooks Online.

I help business owners take control of their finances by cleaning up QuickBooks, organizing transactions, and fixing bookkeeping messes—without judgment and without the stress.

With over a decade of real-world bookkeeping experience, I began my career as an Accounting Clerk and steadily advanced through a variety of accounting roles, including serving as a Full Charge Bookkeeper and a QBO Clean-Up Specialist. Along the way, I developed a passion for transforming disorganized financial records into clean, accurate books that business owners can trust. Whether it's untangling months—or even years—of bookkeeping issues, I enjoy bringing clarity and order back to the numbers.

I launched QuicKeeping Services LLC in 2021 because I wanted to do more than just keep books—I wanted to help business owners feel confident about their finances.

As software and bookkeeping costs continue to rise, I know many freelancers, solopreneurs, entrepreneurs, and small business owners are feeling the pressure. That's why I'm committed to providing reliable, personalized bookkeeping services at an affordable price—without sacrificing quality.
